The Albany Capitals Girls' Basketball Club is one of the premier AAU programs in the Northeast. Over the past 25 years, the Club has earned an excellent reputation among AAU and college coaches for fielding highly competitive, talented and well coached teams. 11/13/2008 CCHS' DeMarco headed to New Haven
TROY - A broken ankle has relegated Olivia DeMarco to the sidelines since the spring but on Wednesday the Catholic Central senior was all smiles as she signed a national letter of intent at center court of the Monsignor Signor gym.
10/16/2008 Adach picks St. Michael's
Mohonasen senior Nicole Adach, a second team Large School All-Area from the Times Union following the 2007-08 season, has made an oral commitment to compete in women's basketball for coach Jennifer Niebling at St. Michael's College of the Northeast 10 Conference.
10/15/2008 Olsen is headed to St. Michael's
The St. Michael's College women's basketball team has a distinct Section II flavor with three former standouts on the roster.

The Albany Capitals serve the Greater Capital District in upstate NY, though players may come from outside this area. The club is registered with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) as part of the Adirondack District.
