The Albany Capitals captured the 15-under bracket with a 40-32 victory over Philly Triple Threat in the championship game. Taliah Pounds was named the MVG (Most Valuable GymRat) and Lea McClain, Jaci Oskam, Allison Setter, and Tehresa Coles were all named to the All-GymRat CHALLENGE Team!

DiBacco, who played her college basketball at Siena, served the past three seasons as assistant coach under Chris LaBombard. She previously was coach at Bishop Gibbons and has spent the last six years coaching with the Albany Capitals.

Adach had 17 points and 11 rebounds as top-seeded Mohonasen won its first Section II title since 2002 with a 44-39 victory over Suburban Council rival Averill Park in the Class A championship Saturday afternoon at Hudson Valley Community College.
